Seen above are a set of dog tags from my grandfather on my mothers side. He gave me this set around 2006 and this was the first set of dog tags I ever had.
He saw service in Japan with the 7th Cavalry Regiment, 1st Cavalry Division in 1957 as well as with the 24th Infantry Division in South Korea from 1957-1958. This was the set he wore throughout his whole 3 years of service.
